Have you ever been to Geelong Friday Market in Victoria (Australia)?
This Friday we were lucky to be late at work (regardless of how crazy this may sound :))
Lucky because Geelong Friday Market happened on that day and we visited it the first time.
Food from different cuisines, vibrant cloth colours, warm sun, nice music (even met several colleagues :)) What could be better for a pleasant start of the weekend! ;-) Have a look at some photos:

Market Life as Usual
As at any local market there is a lot of usual stuff happens. Observing what is going on and what surrounds you, is a pure pleasure for me.

I realise that I’m starting to enjoy such local markets with its homey vibes.
For me it’s also another great opportunity to try new and interesting food, and practice my photography skills :-)
It’s interesting that in Asian countries (for example in Singapore and Malaysia) they don’t have markets on a special day, they have markets every night! :)
